Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 (8½-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 cups pecans, finely chopped and toasted

Instructions


Mix first 5 ingredients together. Chill and shape into two balls, roll in pecans. Refrigerate.
