Unfold one pie crust, cut in 1-inch strips and place on a baking sheet. Unfold second pie crust, cut in 1/2-inch strips and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, if desired. Bake at 425º for 7-8 minutes or until golden. Mix sugar, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, apple, flour, and salt. Spoon 1/2 of the berry mixture into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with the 1-inch baked pastry strips. Top with remaining berries and dot with butter. Bake at 400º for 30-35 minutes. Top with the 1/2-inch baked pastry strips and return to oven for 5 minutes.
