Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 large bananas
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 4 tablespoons sour milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 21/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    • Instructions


    Cream sugar and shortening, add eggs and bananas; beat well. Put soda into milk, add to batter along with salt, nuts, flour, and vanilla; beat well. Bake for 45 minutes at 350ยบ.
