Chicken Wings Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sherry
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions


Cut tips off wings and divide each wing into two separate parts. Marinate wings (single layer of wings is best) for 8-12 hours in a shallow casserole/baking dish. Hint: First spraying with cooking oil in the casserole will make clean-up easier. Pour off marinade (leaving a little bit in the bottom of the casserole dish).
Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour, turning once. If wings are not brown enough, put them under the broiler for a few minutes until brown.
