Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and sugar. Press into bottom of a 13x9x2-inch pan.
Prepare pudding according to package directions and spread over crust. Layer banana slices on top of pudding, then layer pineapple over bananas. Spread whipped topping over pineapple and top with cherries and nuts. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
