Blueberry Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs, beaten

1 can blueberry pie filling (or other fruit filling)

12 cupcake pan liners

12 vanilla wafers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Using a mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla;
gently mix in eggs. Place liners in a 12-cup cupcake pan; put one vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
Divide cream cheese filling evenly in each cupcake. Put about 1 tablespoon of fruit filling on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool before serving.
