Preheat oven to 425ยบ. Combine all ingredients except pastry in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Line pie plate with one pastry crust; pour in apple mixture. Cover with top crust. Seal edges; cut several slits in top crust. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Note: Cover edges with foil if they begin to brown too quickly.
Yield: One 9-inch pie.
