1/2 cup condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 large egg
2 green onions, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Coat a 9-x-5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. In a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cayenne pepper. Whisk together milk, soup, oil, and egg. Add soup mixture to flour mixture; stir until well incorporated. Fold in green onions, cheese, and bacon. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for about 40 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes; remove from pan.
