Orange Sherbet Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) package vanilla chocolate chips
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 3 teaspoons orange flavoring
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 12 drops yellow food coloring
  • 5 drops red food coloring

Instructions


Put chips, marshmallow creme, and flavoring in a bowl; set aside.
Mix sugar, butter, and whipping cream. Boil 4 minutes. Pour over vanilla chips mixture; mix well. Remove 1 cup and set aside;
Add food coloring to remaining fudge; stir. Pour orange fudge into buttered pan; spoon reserved white fudge on top and swirl with a knife. Refrigerate; cut into squares.
