Coffee Break Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed

1 egg

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Crumble mixture:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 to 4 tablespoons milkInstructions
Roll out dough on a lightly greased 13-x-18-inch jelly roll pan. Beat egg and add sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese. Beat together; spread on dough. Sprinkle blueberries over cream cheese mixture.
Combine crumble mixture ingredients; mix together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of
the blueberries. Bake at 350ยบ for 30-40 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool 10 minutes, then top with glaze.
Combine glaze ingredients. Drizzle over top. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
Yield: 20-24 servings.
