Coconut Supreme

Ingredients
- Crust:

11/2 cups plain flour

1 stick butter

1 cup chopped pecans

Second Layer:

1 (8-ounce) cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
Third Layer:
2 (3.4-ounce) packages instant coconut pudding
3 cups milk
1 package frozen grated
coconut
Topping:
1 small tub whipped topping
1 package frozen grated
coconutInstructions
Crust:
Mix ingredients and press into a 9-x-13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350ยบ. Cool.
Second Layer:
Mix ingredients and pour over cooled first layer.
Third Layer:
Mix ingredients and pour over the previous layer.
Topping:
Spread whipped topping over previous layer. Sprinkle with coconut. Store covered in refrigerator.
Substitute sugar-free pudding, low-fat cream cheese, and skim milk if desired.
