1 cup celery, chopped
2 cups tomato juice
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons molassesInstructions
In a Dutch oven or large pan, combine water, lentil, and seasonings. Bring to a boil and then simmer, covered, for 35 minutes. In a skillet, cook sausage, onions, and celery until meat is lightly browned. Add to lentil with remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes.
