In a medium bowl with a rotary beater, beat cream until thick. Add mayonnaise and honey; mix well. Peel banana; cut into chunks. Chop apple coarsely (leaving skin on). Reserve some chopped apple and nuts for top. Add pineapple, banana, and remaining apple and nuts to cream; mix well.
Arrange a lettuce cup on each slice of toast. Spoon fruit mixture into lettuce cups. Top with reserved apple and nuts.
