Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a skillet and sauté onion, mushrooms, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce or marinade, and salt. Cook until tender. Add cream, remove from heat, and mix in parsley.
Grill steaks until they reach desired doneness. Slice in 2-inch strips and pour warm sauce over the top before serving.
