Strawberry Sparkle Punch

  • 4 cups fresh unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 (3-ounce) box strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (6-ounce) can frozen
  • lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (32-ounce) bottle cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 (28-ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled
  • Strawberries for garnish
  • Instructions

    PureƩ strawberries in blender and pour into a large punch bowl. If desired, strain to remove seeds.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in lemonade concentrate. Add mixture to punch bowl. Add cranberry juice and cold water. Slowly add ginger ale. Serve with fresh strawberry garnish or an ice ring frozen with whole berries.
    Yield: 28 (4-ounce) servings.
