Reuben Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can sauerkraut
  • 1 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon onion flakes or minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (12-ounce) can corned beef
  • 8 to 10 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Drain sauerkraut and mix with salad dressing, onion, garlic salt, and tomatoes. Place in buttered 9-x-13-inch casserole dish. Top with diced corned beef and then cheese. Unroll crescent rolls and press together, joining seams. Place on top of casserole to form crust. Bake for 30 minutes.
