1 cup ClearJel

Peel tomatoes and quarter; add vegetables, vinegar, salt, sugar, and spices. Simmer 45 minutes. Thicken with ClearJel (found in most bulk food stores) and water. Pour into jars and cold pack for 30 minutes.
