Banana Supreme Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 fresh bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons local Tennessee honey
  • 12 ice cubes
  • Instructions


    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, approximately two minutes. Pour into two 16-ounce glasses and enjoy!
    Yield: 2 servings.
