Blackberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream, not whipped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 whole egg

Instructions


Place berries on the bottom of unbaked pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over berries. Bake at 350° for one hour and 15 minutes.

Yield: One pie.
