• 1/4 cup sliced almonds
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries, whole or pieces
• 2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• Additional almonds, cranberries, or fresh parsley for garnishInstructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool.
Combine next six ingredients and set aside while pasta cools. Combine all ingredients, stirring well, adding extra mayonnaise if needed. Cool in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Garnish with additional almonds, fresh parsley, or cranberries.
