Quick Cake and Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes white cake mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (21-ounce) cans cherry pie filling or fruit of your

Mix first four ingredients. Swirl in pie filling. Pour into two 9-x-13-inch pans and
bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Top with a scoop of ice cream before serving.
Yield: 30 servings.
