7-Up Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding
  • 1 box instant pineapple pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 (10-ounce) bottle 7-Up
  • Icing:
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut

    • Instructions


    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Bake at 325°F. for 30 minutes or until done.

    Icing
    Combine all ingredients except coconut and cook until thick. Cool and add coconut. Spread over cake.
