1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup raisins
¼ cup chopped pecans

Cream butter; gradually add 1¼ cups sugar, beating at medium speed with electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in potatoes and milk. Combine next five ingredients; add to creamed mixture, stirring just until moistened. Stir in raisins and pecans. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Combine the 2 tablespoons sugar with ¼ teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
