Desserts - Diabetic Pound Cake



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2teaspoons sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS
Sift together flour and baking soda. Add oil and eggs; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well mixed. Pour into a loaf pan, Bundt pan, or muffin tin. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
