Salads - Italian Mandarin Orange Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (2-pound) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 (6-ounce) box orange Jello
  • 1 (16-ounce) container whipped topping
  • 1 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 3 cans mandarin oranges, drained

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cheese and dry Jello. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently; refrigerate. Stir before serving.
