Desserts - Candy Corn Popcorn Balls



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1 (10 1/2-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (4-serving) package gelatin dessert, any flavor
  • 12 cups (3 quarts) popped popcorn
  • 1 cup candy corn

INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave butter and marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed. Stir in gelatin until well mixed. In a large bowl, combine popcorn and candy corn; pour marshmallow mixture over top. Mix lightly until well coated.
With well-greased hands, shape into 15 balls or other shapes. Wrap each in plastic wrap and tie with raffia or ribbon if desired.
