| INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 cup butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs, well beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup flour, sifted

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup oats

| INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine ingredients in order listed; mix well. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350ยบ for 30 minutes.
