Meats & Seafood - Garlic-Pepper Shrimp

  • 3 pounds raw, unpeeled shrimp
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 4 tablespoons ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 450°. Melt butter in a shallow pan or dish; add garlic and return to oven for four to five minutes. Mix in washed and drained shrimp and coat well with butter. Mix in pepper (you may think it’s too much, but worry not).
Bake approximately five minutes; stir shrimp and bake for two minutes longer. Serve with warm French bread for dipping.
