Salads - Shrimp Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • Dash garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 (4 1/2-ounce) cans small shrimp, drained

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine butter, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in onion, celery, and shrimp. Serve with crackers or rye bread.
Yield: 2 1/4 cups.
