Fruits and Vegetables - Grilled Onion and Potato Slices



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 large onion, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, mix salad dressing and seasonings until well blended. Stir in potatoes and onions; coat well.

Divide mixture evenly among six (12-inch-square) pieces of aluminum foil, sealing each to form a packet. Place on grill over medium-hot coals. Grill, covered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6.
