| INGREDIENTS |
- 3 large eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon nutmeg

2 2/3 cups milk

1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked

| INSTRUCTIONS |
| Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk. Beat well and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake pie at 350° for 40 minutes. |
