Cakes and Pies - Egg Custard Pie



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 2/3 cups milk
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked

INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk. Beat well and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake pie at 350° for 40 minutes.
