Salads - Seven-Layer Bacon Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) can green peas, drained
  • 8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese,shredded

INSTRUCTIONS
Layer first five ingredients in a large salad bowl in order listed.

Combine bacon crumbles with sugar, salad dressing, and sour cream. Mix well. Spread over vegetables. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese on top.
