Natural Honey Cake

| INGREDIENTS |
- 3 cups apples, chopped

1 1/2 cup honey

4 eggs

1 1/2 cup vegetable oil

3 cups whole-wheat flour

2 teaspoons soda

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 cup raisins
-
1 cup walnuts
-

Frosting:
-
1 cup honey
-
1/4 cup butter
-
2 teaspoons vanilla
-
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese

| INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine apples, honey, and eggs. Add oil, flour, soda, and cinnamon; stir until moist and well mixed. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan or 9-x-13-inch pan and bake at 325ยก for one hour or until done.
To make frosting, cream together butter, cream cheese, and honey. Add vanilla, beating well by hand until thoroughly mixed. |
