Soups - Spicy Three Bean Soup

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (28-ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen cut green beans
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Dash of soy sauce
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained

Combine all ingredients except black beans in a slow cooker. Cook for six hours or longer. Remove chicken from soup and cut into bite-size pieces. Return chicken to slow cooker. Add black beans and heat thoroughly.
