Recipe of the Month Salads - Green Bean Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups cooked green beans (hot)
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsps. bacon grease
  • 3 slices crisp, chopped bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to hot beans; set aside to cool. Serve on salad plates.
