Appetizers - Pineapple Cheese Balls



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (81/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Save at least 1/2 cup pecans to roll balls in once made. Mix all ingredients together and chill slightly. Shape into balls and roll in pecans.
