Fruits and Vegetables - Marinated Vegetables



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can hominy
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 jar pimientos
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
Drain first six ingredients, then mix all vegetables together. Boil sugar, oil, an d vinegar for a few minutes until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
