Fruits and Vegetables - Veggie Bars

  • 2 cans Crescent rolls
  • 15 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup diced ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped green
  • pepper
  • 1 cup finely shredded
  • carrots
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Spread Crescent rolls on cookie sheet. Pinch edges together to form one sheet. Bake at 350ยบ for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Thoroughly mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing and spread on cooled crust. Layer vegetables. Top with shredded cheese. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve. This can be made the day before serving.
