- 1 1/2 pounds miniature marshmallows

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature

1 large can pineapple chunks

1 pint whipping cream

1 cup nuts

| INSTRUCTIONS |
| Mix cream cheese with 1/4 cup pineapple juice. Add nuts, marshmallows, pineapple chunks, and whipping cream. Stir well. Chill before serving. |
