Appetizers - Glazed Pecans



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 large egg white
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS
Beat egg white until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla, then pecans. Place pecans on cookie sheet and bake at 250°F for 20 minutes. Turn off heat and leave pecans in oven for 10 more minutes.
