Breads, Rolls, and Muffins - Pecan Pie Muffins



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix sugar, flour, and pecans in a bowl. Make a well in the center. Beat eggs until frothy. Add melted butter to eggs. Pour into the well and stir until moistened.
Pour mix in lined muffin tins, filling them 2/3 full. Bake at 350ยบ for 20 to 25 minutes.
