Appetizers - Pineapple Cheese Ball



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (mild or sharp), shredded
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients either by hand or slowly with mixer. Chill overnight in refrigerator.

Before serving, form mixture into a ball and roll in crushed granola cereal. Serve with crackers or Granny Smith apple slices.
