Fruits and Vegetables - Squash Dressing



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup cooked, mashed squash
  • 2 cups cornbread crumbs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook onion and celery in butter or margarine until soft. Combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350ยบ for 30 minutes or until browned.
