Appetizers - Seven Layer Cheese Dip

  • 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans, heated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (.78-package) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) jar diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • Salsa and tortilla chips

Spread warm beans on a 10-inch serving platter. Combine sour cream and seasoning mix; spread over beans. Layer remaining ingredients over sour cream mixture. Serve with salsa and chips. Yield: Six to eight servings.
