Appetizers - Holiday Squares Florentine



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except crescent rolls. Mix well. Unroll crescent rolls, but do not separate. Press into bottom of a 13-x-9-inch buttered pan; seal seams. Spread spinach mixture over dough. Bake at 350ยบ for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
