Fruits and Vegetables - Peach Enchiladas



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 (8-ounce) tubes crescent rolls
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 firm, fresh peaches, peeled and quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (12-ounce) can citrus soda

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Peel and quarter peaches. Melt butter; add sugar and cinnamon. Unroll crescent dough and arrange peaches on top of each rectangle. Roll up dough from large to small end. Place in a 12-x-10-x-2-inch pan coated with nonstick spray. Pour butter mixture over rolls and pour citrus soda on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
