Fruits and Vegetables - Spring Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 6 cups spinach, torn in small pieces
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream or milk
  • 2/3 cup salad dressing

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and tear spinach. Place in a bowl. Dice onion and 2 hard-boiled eggs; add to spinach. Mix salt, sugar, cream, and salad dressing. Pour over spinach. Slice remaining egg and garnish salad.
