7-Up Cake

| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 box lemon cake mix

1 box instant lemon pudding
-
1 box instant pineapple pudding
-
4 eggs
-
3/4 cup oil
-
1 (10-ounce) bottle 7-Up

Icing:
-
1 stick butter
-
1 1/2 cups sugar
-
2 tablespoons plain flour
-
2 eggs
-
1 small can crushed pineapple
-
1 can Angel Flake coconut

| INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Bake at 325°F. for 30 minutes or until done.
Icing
Combine all ingredients except coconut and cook until thick. Cool and add coconut. Spread over cake. |
