Beef Tips Cooked in Wine

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef tips
  • Butter
  • 1 whole garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup red cooking wine
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions


In a large skillet, brown beef tips in butter. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and
simmer on low heat for two hours or until beef tips are tender. Serve on rice or noodles.
