Hot Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can sliced pears, undrained
  • 1 (23-ounce) jar chunky applesauce
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Instructions


    In a 3-quart slow-cooker, combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for two hours or until heated through.
    Yield: 10 servings.
